Tampa, Fla. – American Integrity has announced Executive Vice President Jon Ritchie has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. He will continue to report to Bob Ritchie, President and CEO. In this role, Jon will work closely with the CEO and board of directors on the Company’s overall strategy and execution.

As COO, Jon will provide leadership through his respectful, constructive and energetic style, to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Jon began his tenure with the firm over ten years ago, and has worked in numerous departments within the Company. He has been an instrumental part of American Integrity’s growth, success, and culture.

Jon holds an undergraduate degree from DePaul University, where he majored in Finance, and received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
