Tampa, Fla. – February 13, 2017 – American Integrity announces the promotion of seasoned sales professional, Justin Waters, CPCU, to the position of Vice President of Sales. Waters has assumed responsibility for the company’s field sales, internal sales and agency management teams. He is tasked with helping his employees further deepen American Integrity’s relationship with preferred independent agency partners throughout Florida, and expand the company’s share of wallet in the market.
In his most recent role as Sales Director at American Integrity, Waters led a team of four external sales managers, working with each to develop and execute sales strategies specific to their territories. He also was responsible for recruiting and training new sales managers, equipping them with the industry knowledge and relationship building techniques necessary for them to nurture successful relationships with their appointed agents.

Waters is one of the company’s longest tenured employees, having started with American Integrity as an Accountant in 2008, one year after the company’s inception, while completing his B.S. in Economics from the University of South Florida. He then became an accomplished part of the Sales team, where he has continued to grow his sales and leadership acumen. Waters obtained the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, a distinction earned by fewer than two percent of all P&C insurance professionals.
