Robert Ritchie | President and CEO

Bob Ritchie has over 25 years experience in building and transforming businesses ranging from $20 to $600 million in size within the property and casualty insurance industry. His career has ranged from specialty niche insurers, such as American Modern, to national carriers, including AIG and CNA, and also conglomerates, GE Insurance Solutions, and he brings this experience to benefit American Integrity and its policyholders.

Bob is an industry veteran who understands the needs of both our customers, the agent and policyholder. His specialties are broad but have a strong analytical and structural base in sales and marketing. As founder of American Integrity he is committed to the success and growth of the company along with the stability of the Florida insurance marketplace.

Amy Brown | Vice President of Product Management
Amy Brown has over 30 years experience in product placement, pricing, and strategy within the property and casualty insurance industry. Amy's career began with General Accident Group as a claims adjuster. Following, she spent many years working for multiline carriers until she relocated to Florida taking a position with Fortune Insurance Company.

Amy was a part of the Property Joint Underwriting Association task force following Hurricane Andrew. She brings a breadth of experience in creating new products and maintaining their profitability. Her latest role before joining American Integrity was with Kemper Insurance Group managing product development for all personal lines within the Southern states.

Cassandra Gallegos | Claims Director
Cassandra Gallegos has over 20 years experience in claim adjusting, supervising, and management within the property and casualty insurance industry. Having experience with an independent adjusting firm, Cassandra brings expertise and understanding of the uniqueness of the Florida marketplace. Her knowledge of claims is evident with her AIC designation.

Cassandra is dedicated and proficient in catastrophic claims handling and she is an active participant in the Governors Hurricane Conference. She is dedicated and proven in handling claims in efficient manners while keeping the best interests of the policyholder in the forefront. Cassandra and her husband share a family of six.

Ernie Garateix | Vice President of Operations
Ernie Garateix has over 13 years experience in operational and technological aspects of property and casualty insurers. His career began with USF&G Insurance Company shortly after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and Management. Following that, Ernie joined FCCI Insurance Group where he was instrumental in leading the development and implementation of application systems.

Ernie is dedicated to bringing to American Integrity the most sophisticated and innovative technologies to assist our agency base grow their businesses. Ernie holds both a CPCU and AIC designation. Ernie is a native Floridian and resides in Tampa with his wife and two children.

Jenny Hodge | Vice President of Marketing
With over 18 years in the insurance industry, Jenny blends a background that includes underwriting, sales, product development, market research and strategic planning. Jenny brings unique insight into the role of marketing within the insurance industry having worked in both commercial and personal lines as well as both field and home office environments.

Prior to joining American Integrity, Jenny was with specialty insurer American Modern Insurance Group where she was responsible for developing fact-based recommendations about market conditions, product offerings and new opportunities for profitable growth. A past president of the Society of Insurance Research, Jenny has earned the AU and ARP designations and has completed multiple CPCU exams.
