1. What do I do in the event of a claim?
• Claims can be reported through our 24 hour claims line: 1-866-277-98712. When can I expect an adjuster to inspect my damage after I reported my claim?
• If you make a claim after hours, an adjuster will return your call within 30 minutes.
• Take photos of any damaged area, if you have a camera available. We will reimburse you for photo development costs.
• We have a dedicated staff adjuster and independents that are assigned immediately after your claim is reported. Your claim will be assigned to an adjuster in your territory, and the adjuster will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment at your convenience.3. What if I am not satisfied with my settlement amount?
• Your field adjuster will be out to inspect your property within 72 hours of your claim report.
• You can contact your adjuster.4. What do I do if I have an emergency water loss?
• We will re-inspect you property if necessary.
• We will attempt to work out any differences.
• Be safe, water on floor can be very slippery!
• If you can, pick up any personal items off floor.
• If necessary, contact a water extraction company: Serv-Pro offers 24 hour emergency service.
• Call and report your claim as soon as possible.
• Take photos of any damaged property, and keep receipts of any funds you spend for emergency supplies.
• Your adjuster will be in touch and come out and inspect your property and coordinate with Water Extraction company.
5. What do I do if I have a fire loss?
• Safety is your first priority- contact the authorities/fire department immediately: Call 911!6. Does American Integrity Insurance Group have preferred vendors?
• Report your claim as soon as possible.
• Your adjuster will come out to your location as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
• If you need emergency housing, advise us, and we can secure it for you and your family.
• Keep receipts for any expenses or funds used.
• Emergency Advances are issued by Claims Office if necessary, notify your adjuster.
• We do have preferred contractors, but it is your decision and only yours, as to which contractor you want to repair your property.7. What if my contractor does not agree with American Integrity's estimate?
• We will update this website to list a group of vendors who we have had a positive experience with, but we cannot recommend vendors to any policyholder.
• Please have your contractor contact our office and we will review any differences with your contractor. We will complete re-inspection if necessary to resolve those differences.
